Log in and request an inspection. We use auto fill and drop down boxes to keep keystrokes to a minimum.

The administrator receives instant notification of your request and assigns it to an inspector.  We use a Work Flow Optimizing tool that evenly distributes the inspection request to the inspectors. This prevents the inspectors from getting overloaded or backlogged. We pride ourselves on timely response.

The assigned Inspector contacts your client, usually within 24 hours of the request. Our inspectors are tactfully persistent with follow up contacts. Less than 1% of our inspections result in turn backs.

Billing is reconciled at the month's end and you are only charged for completed inspections. Any turn backs are charged at a greatly reduced rate.

Your underwriters are notified upon completion of the inspection. You can log on to the website and check progress of the inspection at any time.

The inspection is completed at your client's convenience. Our inspectors will accommodate late and early phone inspections.
